Hi! I'm Bev
I am a mission-driven Kingdom builder, speaker, teacher, author, and leadership trainer.
My assignment is clear:
to equip, challenge, and prepare leaders and emerging leaders to rise into who they were called to be—and to represent the King well in every sphere of influence.
I do not teach theory.
I teach what I have lived—what has been forged in me through surrender, sacrifice, and walking with God in the School of the Spirit.
Through decades of ministry and leadership development, I have learned this:
Mature leadership is not produced overnight. God intentionally prepares leaders through a process that requires honesty, courage, surrender, and commitment.
The process is rarely comfortable—but it is necessary.
The leaders who endure are those willing to embrace that process.
There is treasure hidden within you—placed there by God. And like hidden riches, it must be sought, uncovered, and refined.
True leadership is not built from the outside in.
It is formed within—through alignment with the Kingdom of God, the pursuit of wisdom, and a commitment to excellence.
When you seek His Kingdom, you begin to uncover that treasure.
Not through hype or shallow inspiration, but through the deep inner work of the Holy Spirit, who conforms us to the image of Christ and accomplishes His purposes in us.
Why I Teach This
Because I have lived it.
In 1969, I was a young woman living in San Francisco, caught in a world of drugs, fear, and confusion—searching for something real, yet finding nothing that could satisfy the emptiness within.
Everything changed in a single moment.
During a near-death experience, I came face-to-face with Jesus Christ. I saw Him. I knew Him. And I will never forget what I saw in His face.
The only way I can describe it is this: it was like liquid love—pure, flowing, alive, and beyond anything I had ever known.
In that moment, every lie I had believed about myself collapsed:
the shame,
the fear,
the belief that I was too far gone.
I was not simply forgiven.
I was rescued from darkness and brought into the Kingdom of God—into a new identity, a new authority, and an entirely new way of living.
That encounter became the foundation of everything I now teach.
Over the decades that followed, my new identity was tested, refined, and forged through real-life challenges, leadership development, ministry, hardship, and serving across cultures—including eighteen years as a missionary in Haiti.
This is why I teach with conviction: the world does not merely need inspired people.
It needs mature leaders who know their King intimately.
I believe this is the time for those leaders to arise.
Path to Transformation
Transformation is not accidental.
It is intentional. It is formed. And it follows a path.
Kingdom — Alignment
Where your life comes under the rule, authority, and government of the King.
“Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.”
— Matthew 6:33
Before true leadership can emerge, there must first be alignment. The Kingdom establishes identity, order, purpose, and spiritual authority.
Wisdom — Discovery
Where truth is uncovered, discernment is developed, and understanding is formed.
“Yes, if you cry out for discernment,
And lift up your voice for understanding,
If you seek her as silver
And search for her as for hidden treasures;
Then you will understand the fear of the Lord,
And find the knowledge of God.”
— Proverbs 2:3–5
Wisdom is more than knowledge. It is the application of knowledge. It is the ability to see from Heaven’s perspective and respond with clarity, maturity, and conviction.
Excellence — Expression
What is formed within is revealed through how you live, lead, serve, and influence others.
"Do you see someone skilled in their work? They will serve before kings; they will not serve before officials of low rank."
— Proverbs 22:29
Excellence is not perfectionism.
It is the outward expression of inward character, stewardship, discipline, and integrity.
Transformation — Result
This is where leaders are forged. Where influence expands. Where authority deepens. And where your life begins to impact others with intentionality, wisdom, and spiritual power.
“And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind…”

Transformation is not merely personal improvement. It is the process by which God prepares people to represent the King and advance His Kingdom on Earth.
A Truth You Need to Understand
Spiritual transformation does not begin when your circumstances change. It begins when your alignment shifts.
Many people spend years trying to fix what is happening around them—their situation, opportunities, relationships, and even other people. But real change does not begin there. It begins within.
When your life aligns with the Kingdom of God, everything else begins to shift—not through striving, but through divine order.
This is why so many remain frustrated. They want the results of transformation without embracing the process that produces them.
But when you understand this, everything shifts.
You stop chasing outcomes and begin pursuing the kind of transformation that renews the mind, establishes identity, and forms spiritually and emotionally mature leaders.
Who This Is For
