Leadership Excellence

We don’t chase success. We seek the Kingdom.

In seeking Him, we uncover wisdom.
In wisdom, we discover treasure.
And through that process, we are transformed.

Transformation is more than self-improvement.
It is the renewing of the mind through the Word of God, revelation, and the work of the Holy Spirit within us.

Treasure Hidden Within

Did you know that green diamonds are among the rarest and most valuable in the world? Only one in 10,000 natural diamonds is green. Formed under extraordinary conditions over millions of years, their brilliance is revealed through pressure, cutting, and refinement.

The word "diamond" comes from the Greek adamas, meaning invincible or indestructible. I love that!

As sons and daughters of God, we were created to reflect His nature, reveal His wisdom, and extend His Kingdom throughout the earth. We have been entrusted with something valuable in this generation.

There are treasures buried deep within you. When you seek His Kingdom, He reveals what He has hidden within you. Then, like hidden riches, they must be sought, uncovered, and refined. That process requires honesty, courage, humility, and commitment.

What God has placed within you was never meant to remain buried. When it is uncovered and refined, you will be better equipped to influence, lead, and represent the King well in our generation.

Mine your treasure so you can share your gifts with the world.

Why Study Leadership

God designed us to lead; the seeds of leadership lie dormant within us, awaiting activation. We are destined to rule and reign with the divine Lord; therefore, we must be trained, educated, equipped, and prepared for that wondrous role.

Frequently, emerging leaders are thrust into deep waters of responsibility with little or no preparation. They are expected to lead, guide, and make decisions that affect others—but no one has taken the time to teach them how. It’s like being pushed into deep water without ever learning to swim.

This is especially true in the Church. Too often, we assign positions before character is formed. We recognize gifting and acknowledge calling, but we fail to prepare the person. When that happens, the weight of leadership can become more than they were meant to carry in that season.

Godly leadership is not produced by titles, certificates, or degrees. It is formed in what I often call the School of the Spirit.

That process is neither quick nor easy, and it is not always comfortable. Yet leaders need a compass more than ever, and God has given us the most reliable one in His Word. The timeless truths of Scripture and leadership principles remain relevant in today’s complex world.

Lead From Purpose

All leaders need a clear purpose to succeed. You need to understand your destination and the reasons for your journey.

Committing to becoming the most empowered and authentic version of yourself is just that – a commitment, and it's a big one that demands dedication.

Commitment requires doing things that are uncomfortable or inconvenient. It requires mindset shifts, persistence, and massive, consistent, imperfect action to build and sustain the momentum needed to become unstoppable and to strive for excellence.

You have a contribution to make, but you must become your best to make it.

Invest in Your Growth

Investing in your growth is one of the most important investments and offers the greatest ROI.

If you are not taking responsibility for your growth now, you will not be suddenly prepared when opportunity comes.

Leadership does not begin when you are given a position; it is already evident in the way you live today. It shows up in your discipline, your thinking, and how you handle responsibility when no one is watching. What you tolerate now, you will carry with you later. At higher levels, the cost of what has not been developed is far greater.

To lead effectively, prioritize your preparation. Recognize where you are and the work God is doing in you right now. Your actions today are shaping the leader you will become tomorrow.

My Introduction to the Kingdom

For years, I preached the Gospel with sincerity and passion. I spoke of salvation, grace, and the cross—truths I still deeply cherish today.

But in 1984, the Lord interrupted my journey with a clear mandate: “Preach the Kingdom of God and teach about the Lord Jesus Christ.”

His words stunned me. If I had already been preaching the Gospel, what would I have missed?

That question launched me into a deeper pursuit of truth and revelation, transforming my understanding of leadership, discipleship, ministry, purpose, and the central message of Jesus Himself.

What began as a question in 1984 became a lifelong journey—one that continues to shape my life, leadership, and calling.

The revelation of the Kingdom transformed everything.

It shifted my understanding from religion to relationship, from merely surviving life to living under the King's authority, wisdom, and government.

And it revealed something else: the Kingdom of God is not merely a message to believe. It is a reality to enter, to represent, and to demonstrate.
